A pas­ta par­ty will be offered in the mass accom­mo­da­tion on Sat­ur­day evening and a break­fast buf­fet on Sunday.

This also includes the reg­is­tra­tion of ath­letes for the Bavar­i­an Cham­pi­onship relay. In jus­ti­fied excep­tion­al cas­es, changes to the Bavar­i­an Cham­pi­onship relay reg­is­tra­tion can be sub­mit­ted in writ­ing at the com­pe­ti­tion cen­ter until 6:00 PM on Sep­tem­ber 26, 2026.

Reg­is­tra­tion of ath­letes for the relay cup and the open indi­vid­ual event is pos­si­ble at any time at the com­pe­ti­tion cen­ter until 6:00 PM on Sep­tem­ber 26, 2026. Addi­tion­al­ly, a run­ner exchange for the relay cup will be avail­able at the com­pe­ti­tion center.

Late registrations

Only pos­si­ble until Sun­day, Sep­tem­ber 20, 2026, or on the day of the com­pe­ti­tion, sub­ject to avail­abil­i­ty and a late reg­is­tra­tion fee.

Arrival

by Train

All com­pe­ti­tions are acces­si­ble by pub­lic transport.

On Sat­ur­day, the com­pe­ti­tion venues are with­in walk­ing dis­tance of Alt­dorf train sta­tion. The 1200-meter route is marked with signs.

The WKZ on Sun­day can be reached by S‑Bahn via Pölling sta­tion. It is approx­i­mate­ly 1500 meters to the WKZ.

Parking Saturday 26.09.2026

Park­ing is lim­it­ed at both com­pe­ti­tion cen­ters and the mass accom­mo­da­tion. Please park in the park­ing lot at the train sta­tion. There are plen­ty of spaces there. The path to the BRL Mit­tel com­pe­ti­tion cen­ter (1200 meters) is marked. Please fol­low the signs!

The Night Sprint com­pe­ti­tion cen­ter is locat­ed at the same site as the mass accom­mo­da­tion and approx­i­mate­ly 500 meters from the BRL Mit­tel com­pe­ti­tion cen­ter. The path is marked.

The foot­path from the WKZ of the night sprint back to the park­ing lot at the train sta­tion is about 1000 meters..

Des­ti­na­tion address for your nav­i­ga­tion sys­tem: Michael­straße 30, 92318 Neu­markt in der Oberp­falz. Before enter­ing the town, please fol­low the signs to the park­ing lot!

Accommodation

From 5:00 PM at the Klaus-Wolfer­mann-Halle in Alt­dorf (Hagen­hausen­er Str. 5a, 90518 Alt­dorf near Nurem­berg). The hall is approx­i­mate­ly 500 meters from the BRL Mit­tel WKZ (con­fer­ence cen­ter). Park­ing is very lim­it­ed. Please do not use the Stadthalle (town hall) park­ing lot until 5:00 PM or park in the adja­cent res­i­den­tial area.

Play­ground on Hes­sen­straße in Alt­dorf. There is no park­ing avail­able at the WKZ/Finish area. 

Event Center Deutsche Parktour Nachtsprint

Start­ing at 6:30 p.m. in the Klaus-Wolfer­mann-Halle in Alt­dorf (Hagen­hausen­er Str. 5a, 90518 Alt­dorf). Approx­i­mate­ly 500 meters on foot from the BRL Mit­tel com­pe­ti­tion center.

Right to start

The com­pe­ti­tion reg­u­la­tions of the AGO for ori­en­teer­ing in the ver­sion pub­lished for 2026 apply (see in par­tic­u­lar cat­e­gories, min­i­mum age and entry fees), as well as the ori­en­teer­ing spe­cial­ist reg­u­la­tions and the DTB gym­nas­tics reg­u­la­tions. A DTB ID and a valid annu­al stick­er are required to start in a cham­pi­onship class.

Policies

The com­pe­ti­tion reg­u­la­tions of the AGO and the BTV for ori­en­teer­ing, as pub­lished for 2026, apply (see in par­tic­u­lar cat­e­gories, min­i­mum age, and entry fees), as do the ori­en­teer­ing dis­ci­pline reg­u­la­tions and the DTB gym­nas­tics reg­u­la­tions. A DTB ID and a valid annu­al mem­ber­ship stick­er are required to com­pete in a cham­pi­onship class.

Beyond exist­ing insur­ance cov­er­age, orga­niz­ers, hosts, landown­ers, and author­i­ties assume no liability.

Data protection

By reg­is­ter­ing, each par­tic­i­pant agrees to the pub­li­ca­tion of their reg­is­tra­tion data, results and any images in the media, in the start and results lists, and on the internet.

Agreements

By reg­is­ter­ing, each par­tic­i­pant agrees to behave in accor­dance with the ori­en­teer­ing code of con­duct and to respect Safe OSport.

Notice from the Bavarian State Forests

Enter­ing the for­est is at your own risk. The Bavar­i­an State Forests (BaySF) points out the dan­gers in the for­est, espe­cial­ly off the marked trails, such as dead or dis­eased trees and branch­es, roots, rocks, bod­ies of water, insects, and poi­so­nous plants. The BaySF has no duty to ensure the safe­ty of vis­i­tors in the for­est or on areas equiv­a­lent to forests, such as for­est roads. Par­tic­i­pants have been advised that they are respon­si­ble for them­selves. The BaySF assumes no lia­bil­i­ty what­so­ev­er. The BaySF reserves the right to remove par­tic­i­pants from the premis­es for good cause.
